  • On the Map
  • The expanded Search widget allows you to search for a parcel by folio number, a comprehensive plan amendment or a TIP project. Search parameters must match one of the example formats below:
    • 193557.0000 (folio number)
    • TA/CPA-24-01 (comprehensive plan amendment number)
    • 000106-1 (TIP project number)
The collapsed Search widget allows you to search by address or find a place by name. Click on the magnifying glass and enter the location you are looking to find.
The Locate widget allows you to find your current location (results may vary depending on the service provider or VPN connection).
The Bookmark widget zooms to the jurisdictions of the City of Plant City, the City of Tampa, the City of Temple Terrace or Unincorporated Hillsborough County.
The Layer List widget is initially expanded, presenting a list of layers available for addition to the map.
    • Layers are grouped together to optimize workspace efficiency. You can expand a group by clicking the right-arrow or collapse it by clicking the down-arrow.
    • Toggle a layer's visibility by clicking on the "eye" icon next to the layer name.
    • You can click and drag the icon to move a layer up or down. The higher a layer is in the list, the more "on top" it will appear on the map.
    • For layers containing numerous features, visibility may be restricted at certain zoom scales. If a layer name appears greyed out, zoom in on the map to reveal its contents.
The Basemap Gallery widget displays the basemaps that are available for use from arcgis.com. The Dark Grey Canvas is default map of choice.
The Measure widget has options to measure either distance (in feet) or area (in square feet).
The Sketch widget allows you to draw temporary graphics (points, polylines, polygons, rectangles, circles) on top of the map. For polylines and polygons, double-click to stop drawing.
The Print widget creates a pdf map that can be saved or printed as either letter-sized (8" x 11") or tabloid-sized (11" x 17").
    • The title of the map should be less-than 30 characters to avoid running over the margins.
    • The grey overlay is the window that was showing on the screen at the time of printing. The additional features are showing because they are filling the print window.
