The Planning Commission updates land use (Existing, Future, Developable) data on a quarterly basis. Land use information provided on this site is the most recent and/or adopted data. Click the "About" link in PIMA (located on the upper right of the header section) to view the latest update date.
The Planning Commission adds new Plan Amendment boundaries and modifies existing boundaries on a quarterly basis. The corresponding Plan Amendment data is updated as it becomes available. The Plan Amendments displayed in PIMA are from the year 2000 and forward. For information regarding older Plan Amendments, please contact the Planning Commission. Some folio numbers listed in the Plan Amendment data may no longer be accurate if the affected parcels have been split, combined, or otherwise modified by the Property Appraiser subsequent to the Plan Amendment submittal.
